PYEONGTAEK, South Korea — A free one-hour cooking class for teens is set for 4 p.m. Thursday at the Camp Humphreys teen center, Building S-427.
The class is a 4-H Club event and anyone wanting to take part will have to fill out a 4-H enrollment form.

Humphreys to hold education tip nightPYEONGTAEK, South Korea — How parents can play an active role in their child’s academic success is the subject of a training session Tuesday at the Camp Humphreys Super Gym.
The three-hour session, which starts at 5 p.m., is hosted by the U.S. Army Garrison-Humphreys.
Topics will include how to give young children a head start before they attend school, how to help kids succeed in elementary school, and how parents can help middle- and high-schoolers chart a course in high school and beyond.
Free child care will be available at the Child Development Center, but spaces are limited and arrangements should be made by calling DSN 753-8274.

Youth baseball sign-ups at WalkerArea IV youth program baseball sign-ups for children ages 3-15 will run Feb. 1-16 at Camp Walker’s Building 257.
Registration fees are $25 for children ages 3-4, $45 for ages 5-15. The Area IV youth baseball season runs from March into June.
