A 66th Military Intelligence Brigade soldier was given three years’ confinement after admitting to child molestation charges at a court-martial Thursday in Darmstadt, Germany.

Spc. Ethan Stone pleaded guilty to attempted sodomy with a child under the age of 12, indecent acts with a female under 16, and violation of a command order.

Stone, who is assigned to Company A, 105th MI Battalion, was also reduced to the lowest enlisted rank and will be dishonorably discharged.
