A story Monday about telephone billing problems at the Gricignano housing area in Naples, Italy, contained incorrect information about the billing system for Telecom Italia. When Navy phones connect to the Telecom Italia network, the company charges the Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station. NCTAMS then passes the charges on to the customer who made the call.
