An April 12 story should have said that U.S. troops in South Korea’s Area I could get two-year but not three-year command-sponsored tours. It also should have said that under a tour normalization policy announced in December, troops in Pyeongtaek, Osan, Daegu, Chinhae and Seoul can apply for two- and three-year command-sponsored tours. The two-year command-sponsorships were given to troops before tour normalization was announced, and that option was not taken away under the new policy.
