CAMP FOSTER, Okinawa — Win a trip to Tokyo Disneyland or a new car.
Both are being offered as prizes during the Army and Air Force Exchange Service holiday bazaar at Camp Foster Field House from Oct. 31 to Nov. 2.
AAFES officials say it’s an opportunity to shop early for the holidays — and a chance for children and teenagers to compete in a costume contest.
Halloween festivities kick off at 10 a.m. Oct. 31. Games for children — and chances to win small prizes — will be held throughout the day.
Registration for the costume contest begins at 4 p.m.; judging is at 5 p.m. Age-group categories for the contest are youth, ages 4 to 8; juniors, 9 to 13; and teenagers, 14 to 18.
Winners in each category land a trip for themselves and an adult to Tokyo Disneyland. The prize includes airfare, one-day admission to the park and a one-night stay at a hotel.
The holiday bazaar will take place throughout the weekend.
Discounted items from China, Japan, Taiwan, Korea and the Philippines, including lacquerware and teak and rosewood furniture, will be for sale.
Hours are 10 a.m.-9 p.m. Oct. 31 and Nov. 1, and 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Nov. 2.
Door prizes will be awarded, including on Nov. 2, a car from the AAFES “Car Guys.”
