Anderson, currently the Program Manager, Saudi Arabian National Guard Modernization Program will become the Commanding General, United States Army Security Assistance Command, Fort Belvoir, Va.Daniel P. Bolger, now the Assistant Division Commander (Support), 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) with duty as Deputy Commanding General, Multi-National Corps-Iraq to Commanding General, Coalition Military Assistance Training Team, Multi-National Security Transition Command-Iraq.William H. McCoy, Jr., Assistant Commandant, United States Army Engineer School/Deputy Commanding General, Initial Military Training, Fort Leonard Wood, Mo., to Commander, Gulf Region Division, Iraq.James H.
