Air Force Brig. Gen. Rosanne Bailey is scheduled to give an 11 a.m. speech Thursday at Heaton Auditorium at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center, Germany.

Bailey’s speech is in conjunction with Women’s History Month. The event is open to all military personnel.

Bailey is commander of the 435th Air Base Wing, Ramstein Air Base, and commander of the Kaiserslautern Military Community, Germany.
