KAISERSLAUTERN, Germany — A soldier assigned to the 16th Sustainment Brigade at Baumholder was found dead at an outdoor area a few miles from base, officials with the 21st Theater Sustainment Command said Monday.

Sgt. Adam James Henrickson was found unresponsive near the town of Ruschburg on Thursday, the 21st TSC said. He was declared dead at the scene.

Foul play is not suspected, the command said in a statement.

No further information will be released as an investigation into the death continues, it said.
