About 700 Sollars Elementary School students from nearby Misawa Air Base were treated to a free performance of "Snow White" by the all-Japanese Children’s English Musical Theatre on Wednesday at the Misawa Civic Center.
U.S. Air Force military police helped the educators and students walk to the event, sponsored by the Misawa City Board of Education and supported by the Misawa International Club and the Tohoku Academy of Foreign Language.
Students laughed excitedly as children danced, sang and acted their way through the 90-minute all-English performance.
