The Army and Air Force Exchange Service opened more than 11,000 square feet of retail space at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait’s Zone 6, on Wednesday, an AAFES press release said.

More than 600 customers lined up early, weaving around the new community center and gym, which were also hosting grand opening celebrations.

The new Zone 6 location also features beauty and barber shops, an AAFES phone center, laundry and dry cleaning shops, two jewelry stores, two gift shops, new car sales office and an Internet cafe, the release said.
