2nd Combat Aviation gets new sergeant major

PYEONGTAEK, South Korea — The Army’s combat aviation unit in South Korea got a new brigade sergeant major Thursday. Command Sgt. Maj. Leeford Cain became the new senior enlisted advisor to the commander of the 2nd Combat Aviation Brigade during a ceremony at Camp Humphreys, said brigade spokesman Sgt. 1st Class Krishna M. Gamble.
Cain succeeds Command Sgt. Maj. Richard E. Santos, who is retiring after 31 years of military service.
The brigade, headquartered at Humphreys, is part of the 2nd Infantry Division.
