Fans of country music need no longer venture back to the motherland to catch some of today’s most successful artists. C2C: Country to Country, a multi-day festival of country music launched in March 2013, has since become Europe’s largest country music festival, typically welcoming more than 50,000 fans throughout its weekend-long runs.

The 2016 edition of C2C takes place across three venues over the weekend of March 11-13. Event organizers whisk the festival’s performers quickly between cities to ensure they play before a variety of audiences.

Artists appearing on the main stage this year include Miranda Lambert, Carrie Underwood, Eric Church, Dwight Yoakam, Little Big Town, Kacey Musgraves, Thomas Rhett, Sam Hunt, Chris Stapleton, Ashley Monroe, Maddie & Tae and Andrew Combs. These artists appear at events running simultaneously at London’s O2 Arena, Dublin’s 3Arena and Glasgow’s Clyde auditorium. Three day passes to the London 02 Arena event March 11-13 were available at the time of this post and cost from 119 pounds plus booking fees.

Related events include the CMA Songwriters Series, in which the stories behind country music’s greatest hits are revealed by anecdotes recounted by the performers themselves and powerful acoustic performances. The event slated for March 10 at Indigo at The O2 in London features Charles Esten, Shane McAnally, Lori McKenna, Ashley Monroe, and Charlie Worsham.

The Aftershow party at the Brooklyn Bowl of the O2 London is a separate event in which Frankie Ballard, Old Dominion and A Thousand Horses take to the stage (March 11-13). A smaller, single day event in Oslo on March 5 features a performance by Carrie Underwood. Learn more and find links to ticket sellers at www.c2c-countrytocountry.com.
