Skiing plus RoxetteSpend Thanksgiving break skiing and seeing the Swedish pop music duo Roxette in concert in Ischgl, Austria. The trip, organized by Scherer Tours, runs Nov. 25-27, with buses leaving from Frankfurt and Heidelberg, Germany.

Organizers point out that about 90 percent of the ski runs are above 6,561 feet, making for some of the best skiing in the Alps. The site is also known for its après-ski scene, including pop concerts. Roxette will perform Nov. 26.

Cost of the trip is 265 euros per person, double occupancy (add 35 euros for singles). It includes bus transportation, two nights’ lodging and breakfast, concert ticket and two-day, all-area ski pass.
