The goodies are obtained by means of a Chocolate Pass containing 10 coupons which may be redeemed at the shops of around 20 participating vendors. Different groups of dogs compete in the show rings (working and pastoral March 8; terriers and hounds March 9; utility and toy breeds March 10; gundogs March 11). Scruffts is a competition for mixed breed dogs across six categories. Admission: General admission tickets cost 16.20 pounds adults; 11.88 pounds ages 9-15, and are free for ages eight and under. The Pueblo del Ron (Rum Pueblo) is the place to discover more than 150 rums from more than 20 countries, served in a Caribbean-beach inspired atmosphere. Other products presented onsite include cigars, beers and sweets. Salmon, Irish stew and haggis are on the menu for when hunger strikes. The event runs parallel to a fair dedicated to tourism, caravanning and gardening. Admission: Entry is limited to those ages 18 and above.
