Shakespeare lovers now can reserve tickets for the British Museum’s major exhibition “Shakespeare: Staging the World,” which runs July 19 to Nov. 25. The event is organized in collaboration with The Royal Shakespeare Company.

Through the words of the playwright’s plays, the show looks at a London 400 years ago as it was developing into a world city. Objects, text, maps, vintage film, costumes, drawings and paintings were taken from the museum’s collection as well as from others across Europe.

Tickets cost 14 pounds (about $22) for adults, 12 pounds for ages 16 to 18 and are free for those under 16.
