The Top Ten teams in the Stars and Stripes' Pacific high school football ratings, with records through Nov. 3, points and last week’s rating, as compiled by Dave Ornauer. Ratings are based on teams' win-loss records, quality of wins, strength of roster, schedule and leagues, point differential and team and individual statistics. Maximum rating is 500 points:

Kadena at Kinnick, 5 p.m. – While the Red Devils are 2-1 in the last three meetings with the Panthers, by a total margin of five points, the Panthers are champions until somebody knocks them off in the final. … Panthers 19, Red Devils 18.

Far East Division II final

Osan at Zama, 7 p.m. – This one likely won’t be as close, for the Trojans have easily had their way with most D-II opponents. Then again, it is the first time the teams are facing one another. … Trojans 21, Cougars 11.
