England: Chinese New YearChinese dragon is known as a gregarious creature, and London’s celebration of this year’s Chinese New Year symbol on Sunday hopes to make this event just as social.

A colorful parade starting at 10 a.m. in Chinatown kicks off the party. From noon to 6 p.m., lively traditional festivities on Trafalgar Square include dragon dances, music and dancing. Community entertainment is scheduled during the same time on Shaftesbury Avenue.
