NAPLES, Italy — For those getting ready for autumn, and hibernation mode, the Defense Commissary Agency’s "biggest case lot sale ever" is now under way. Over this and the following three weekends, commissaries throughout Europe will feature bulk sales at more than 30 locations on more than 100 items.

"We have changed the sale makeup by putting the sales at our biggest locations," said Geri Young, DeCA spokeswoman. The larger stores, Young said, can offer more choice and quantity than the smaller stores.

The first case lot sale is Saturday and Sunday at the Aviano, Italy, commissary. Sales begin when stores open, and coupons are redeemable on some items.
