52nd Fighter Wing changes command

SPANGDAHLEM, Germany — Col. Christopher Weggeman took the reins of the 52nd Fighter Wing during a ceremony Tuesday.
Weggeman assumed command from Col. Lee Wight, who is headed to the Pentagon to serve as chief of the Strategy Division for the U.S. Air Force deputy dhief of staff for strategic plans and programs.
Weggeman previously served as commander of the Air Force element for the Allied Air Component Command Headquarters at Ramstein Air Base.
