MISAWA AIR BASE, Japan — Volunteers are needed for the Oct. 16-17 Misawa Officers’ Spouses’ Club Far East Bazaar.

Organizers say it takes about 240 volunteers to successfully run the event, held for the first time in 18 months. Proceeds from the bazaar help fund community organizations and scholarships, according to the club.
