6:35 p.m. Wednesday, June 3, Japan time: Final warning has been issued for Tropical Storm Jangmi by Joint Typhoon Warning Center. Jangmi is hurtling off the east coast of Honshu into the northwest Pacific. Yokosuka Naval Base has entered Tropical Cyclone Condition of Readiness All Clear..

At 3 p.m., Jangmi was about 80 miles southeast of Narita International Airport, speeding east-northeast at 35 mph and holding steady at 60-mph sustained winds and 70-mph gusts at center. All U.S. bases in Japan have resumed seasonal TCCOR status. This is the final report on Jangmi.
