SEOUL — California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger will speak to troops at U.S. Army Garrison-Yongsan on Wednesday from 6:45 to 7:30 at Collier Field House, according to garrison spokesman Dan Thompson.

Thompson said Schwarzenegger’s comments at Yongsan will be motivational and not political in nature. The governor and movie actor is to speak Wednesday morning to U.S. and South Korean government and business officials about the benefits of a possible free trade agreement between the two countries, as well as expanded trade ties between South Korea and California.

Only valid identification card holders will be allowed to attend the event. A standing-room crowd is expected, though a special roped-off area will be available for families with small children, Thompson said.
