YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan — The Red Cross will hold disaster training classes Tuesday through Feb. 18 at Yokota’s Taiyo Community Center.

The classes are open to anyone over the age of 16 who is required or would like to assist during an emergency.

The classes include: Introduction to Disaster, 8 a.m. to noon Tuesday; Safe and Well Family Reunification, 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday; Shelter Operations and Shelter Simulations, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Wednesday; Mass Casualty in Disaster, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Thursday; and Emergency Assistance to Families, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Feb. 18.
