CAMP RED CLOUD, South Korea — Col. Hank Dodge was scheduled to assume command of U.S. Army Garrison – Red Cloud at a change-of-command ceremony Wednesday.

Dodge, who most recently served at the Pentagon, is a veteran of numerous deployments, including Iraq, Afghanistan and Haiti.

He will take over leadership of the garrison from Col. Larry “Pepper” Jackson, who has been in the position since June of 2007. Jackson is moving on to Yongsan Garrison in Seoul, where he will serve as chief of U.S. Forces Korea’s capabilities division.
