CAMP FOSTER, Okinawa — The Okinawa chapter of the National Naval Officers Association plans to host a Mess Night/Dining Out on Feb. 26, from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. at Tengan Castle on Camp Courtney.

Proceeds from the event will go toward college scholarships for three deserving high school seniors, according to Lt. j.g. Nicole Cuthbertson, the association’s vice president.

Tickets to attend are a $40 donation.
