SEOUL — Col. David G. Fox will succeed Brig. Gen. John Uberti as head of Installation Management Command Korea during a ceremony at U.S. Army Garrison-Yongsan on Tuesday.

Fox previously was assigned to Camp Victory, Iraq, where since July 2009 he commanded the Iraqi Assistance Group, based out of the Special Operations Command in Fort Bragg. He is a former enlisted soldier turned Special Forces officer.

Uberti has commanded IMCOM-K since July 2008. His next assignment is to be in Afghanistan.
