Command of Iron Brigade changes hands

CAMP CASEY, South Korea — Col. Ross E. Davidson Jr. assumed command of the 2nd Infantry Division’s 1st Heavy Brigade Combat Team this week.
Davidson succeeds Col. Thomas C. Graves as head of the 4,300-member Iron Brigade, which is based at camps Casey and Hovey in the northernmost region of South Korea.
A former 4th Infantry Division operations officer, Davidson began his military career as a lieutenant in the 2nd Infantry Division.
Graves will be the division’s chief of staff.
