American Idol contestants performing at bases in Japan
YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan — “American Idol” contestants from past seasons will be visiting bases across Japan for the next couple of weeks.
A group of 10 performers from the popular singing competition will be showcasing their talents at the following times and places:
* Aug. 10 — Yokota Air Base’s Enlisted Club at 7 p.m.
* Aug. 12-13 — Misawa Air Base’s Richard Bong Training Facility at 7 p.m.
* Aug. 17 — Camp Zama’s Community Activity Center at 6 p.m.
* Aug. 20 — Naval Air Facility Atsugi’s Main Stage at 3 p.m.
Performances are free and open to all status of forces agreement members.
