A 15-year-old girl has been reported missing in Japan, according to a Wednesday alert from U.S. Army officials at Camp Zama, near Tokyo.

The child, identified as Hana Lily Stefina, was last seen wearing a black V-neck shirt and blue jeans, the alert said. She is described as Asian, about 5-foot-1, with dyed reddish-orange hair and lip and nose piercings.

The notice was distributed Wednesday morning by the U.S. Army Garrison Japan Emergency Operations Center, which asked community members to share the information and report any sightings immediately.

The alert did not say where and when Stefina was last seen. A garrison spokesman could not immediately be reached for comment Wednesday morning.

Anyone with information about Stefina’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Military Police Desk at 046-407-3002 or DSN 315-263-3002.
