Gabe Williams exploited the sparsely populated field created by nine-man football to rush for 300 yards and five touchdowns Saturday, leading Hanau to a 62-23 Division IV home victory over Brussels.

Emmanuel Moore, Gerald Baeza and D’Shaun Carroll added offensive TDs for Hanau (3-0 overall and in D-IV) and Carroll closed the scoring with a 54-yard return of a pass interception.

Baeza led Hanau with 12 tackles and two sacks.

Brian Desrochers carried 29 times for 209 yards and a touchdown, and Ethan Hennes rushed 24 times for 136 yards for Brussels (0-3 overall, 0-2 in D-IV), but the Brigands were unable to keep up with their hosts, who downed them for the second time this season.

In other Division III and IV games Saturday:

Baumholder 51, Hohenfels 12: At Hohenfels, Prince Owusu rushed 22 times for 227 yards and two TDs as the Bucs continued their march through Division III.

T.J. Gray rushed 23 times for 130 yards and a touchdown, and his brother LaCross ran for two TDs as the Bucs (3-0, 1-0) amassed 432 yards on the ground in the courtesy-rule victory.

Dameon Odum scored twice for Hohenfels (1-2, 0-0), once on an 80-yard fumble return and once on a 57-yard screen pass from Michael Tillberg. The game ended by mutual agreement with 6:51 to go in the fourth quarter, according to Hohenfels coach Ed Lynch.

Vicenza 21, Würzburg 14: At Würzburg, Kyle Kaus ran for 120 yards on just seven carries and scored two touchdowns as the Cougars (3-0, 1-0 III-South) scored 21 unanswered points in the second half.

Kaus ran for the first two TDs, the second followed by a two-point conversion run by Miguel Rosario that put the Cougars ahead to stay in the third quarter. Quarterback Mickey Stoner added an insurance TD in the final quarter.

James Robinson ran for 112 yards for Würzburg (0-3, 0-1).

Bamberg 35, Sigonella 14: At Bamberg, Kevin Brown blasted into the end zone for three short touchdowns as the Barons won a nonconference D-III game.

Andrew Spencer and Tyler Chancellor also posted TD runs for Bamberg (2-1 overall, 0-0 in III-South) Kevin Daniels and Torey Johnson each had nine tackles and recovered a fumble for Bamberg.

Brigham Guerts ran for a TD, Will Hope returned a kickoff 80 yards for a score and Chris Hamilton posted a safety to account for the scoring for Sigonella (0-3, 0-0 III-North)

Rota 56, Menwith Hill 14: At RAF Menwith Hill, Jimmy Montfleury threw three touchdown passes, and the Rota defense returned an interception and a fumble recovery for touchdowns in a nonconference game between the D-III Admirals and the D-IV Mustangs.

Mike King got Rota (2-1) started on the game’s first play from scrimmage, returning an interception 35 yards for a TD. In the fourth quarter, Alan Dowden brought a Menwith Hill fumble back 42 yards for a TD.

R.J. Curley ran for two TDs for Rota, which also got a 45-yard TD run from Dan Ennis.

Le’Shawn Adams ran for both touchdowns for Menwith Hill (0-3).
