Two Korea-based soldiers and one stationed on Okinawa have been chosen for the All-Armed Forces women’s basketball team scheduled to compete in the Pro-Am National Championship April 5-11 at Las Vegas.

Evevetta Crawford of Okinawa’s Torii Station, Emily Crowder of Yongsan Garrison and Laurie Aaron of Suwon Air Base in South Korea were selected. Crawford, a two-time All-Armed Forces selection, was also selected for the All-Tournament team.

The three players helped lead Army win its 13th All-Armed Forces tournament title in 15 years last week at Miramar Marine Corps Air Station, Calif. Army finished the tournament at 6-0, while Air Force, Navy and the Marine Corps each finished 2-4. Dethroned two-time champion Air Force took the silver medal via points tiebreaker.
