DODEA-Europe boys basketball championship squads Ramstein and Rota headline the organization’s 2015-16 All-Europe selections, announced this week by Athletic Director Karen Seadore.

Both the Division I champion Ramstein Royals and Division II champion Rota Admirals placed three players among the 20 selections.

Ramstein landed senior forward TJ Williams and sophomore guard D’Angelo Griggs on the first team, adding to the postseason awards haul for each. Williams was named MVP of the Division I European tournament, while Griggs is the 2015-16 Stars and Stripes boys basketball Athlete of the Year. Senior forward Mitchell McKinney represents the Royals on the second team.

The Admirals saw their underclassmen standouts singled out for their efforts. Sophomore guard D’Angelo Gallardo cracked the 10-man first team for Rota, while sophomore center Andrew Drake and junior wing Jashaun Garrison made the second team.

Division II runner-up Black Forest Academy put brothers Noah Greathouse and Jonah Greathouse on the first team, making the Falcons the only program other than the Royals to earn multiple first-team berths.

Senior guard Ja’Markus Myles made the first team for Division I runner-up Kaiserslautern, while teammate Jayden Jones made the second team. Division I contenders Naples and Wiesbaden also placed two players apiece among the 20. First-teamer Terrell Staten and second-teamer Karrington Evans represent Naples, while John McKoy and Isiah Washington made the second team for Wiesbaden.

Bahrain senior Rashay Douglas, Marymount freshman Dominic Laffitte and Brussels senior Michael DeFazio rounded out the first team.
