MONS, Belgium - Aaron Garrison rushed 10 times for 105 yards and three touchdowns as the Mannheim Bison opened their final football season Saturday with a 28-8 victory over host SHAPE.
According to SHAPE coach Jay Bodine, Chance Bullard scored Mannheim’s other TD while rushing seven times for 41 yards.
Calvin Basedin and Dennis Mahr each intercepted a pass for Mannheim, which is scheduled to close after the school year.
Nick Westrick, who passed for 100 yards, threw a 23-yarder to Trent Castro for SHAPE’s lone TD.
SHAPE travels to Baumholder on Saturday; next up for Mannheim is a visit to AFNORTH.
