MONS, Belgium - Marshall Kontos threw three touchdown passes to Christian Gingerella Saturday to lead the International School of Brussels Raiders to a 26-13 victory over SHAPE.
It was the second straight victory for ISB, which moved into a tie with Mannheim and Baumholder for the Division II-North runner-up’s berth in the European D-II quarterfinals.
All three teams are 2-2. ISB closes out its regular season Friday night at Mannheim. Baumholder is to play at Bitburg on Saturday.
Kontos completed 11 of 15 attempts for 146 yards for ISB. Stephen Clarke ran for 103 yards and also scored a touchdown. Matias Bifani led the defense with 11 tackles.
