Oloi assisted on two of Destafani’s scores and Daniell Lewis also notched an assist for Hanau.

Vilseck 1, BFA 1:At Vilseck, Cameron Prenger converted a second-half feed from Alyssa Krause as Black Forest Academy salvaged the tie. BFA goalkeeper Stephanie Zub was credited with 12 saves. Tamaria Hollis gave Vilseck a 1-0 halftime lead before Prenger’s strike left both teams 1-1-1 in II-South play. Each trails Mannheim (3-0 in II-South, 3-0-1 overall), which settled for a scoreless tie at home Saturday against Bitburg of II-North.

Giessen 5, Bamberg 1:At Giessen, the Lady Griffins got two goals each from Janet O’Brien and veteran Melanie Seitz to claim their second victory of the season.

Giessen coach Edwina Smith called the defensive effort of fullbacks Amanda Tien and Jasmar Sellars “outstanding.”

SHAPE 1, AFNORTH 0:At SHAPE, Belgium, Evridiki Nalmpanti scored in the seventh minute off a feed from Brittany Brown, and what SHAPE coach Shawn Whitehurst called a “rock-solid defense” took over from there. “In the midfield, Emily Brown worked hard at finding our forwards,” Whitehurst said Saturday by telephone, “and they worked AFNORTH’s defense to death stopping them.”

Brussels 3, Menwith Hill 1:At Menwith Hill, the Lady Brigands, behind two goals by Marlena Schlatmann, all but wrapped up the III-North conference title.

Brussels (3-0 III-North) has just a game at Alconbury remaining on its conference schedule. The Lady Brigands blanked Alconbury 4-0 at home in March.

Naples 3, Milan 2:At Milan, Courtnee Wilson scored all three goals for the Wildcats, who improved to 2-1 in American Schools in Italy League play. Naples trails Marymount (3-0), a 1-0 winner on the road against previously unbeaten Aviano on Saturday. Naples hosts Aviano (3-1) on Saturday.
