A clinic for anyone wishing to officiate or coach flag football will be conducted Tuesday through Saturday at the Development Center in Schwetzingen, Germany.

Jim Mattingly, of the Installation Management Command Europe sports office, said the clinic is designed for both military and youth teams. It begins at 10 a.m. Tuesday and concludes with a practical exercise.

The instructor is Stephen Rey, intramurals director at Western Kentucky University. He will cover rules, officials’ mechanics, coaches’ role and other aspects of the game, Mattingly said.
