Jeff Galloway, a 1972 U.S. Olympic distance runner and founder of the Galloway Marathon training program, will conduct clinics Aug. 20-22 at Marine Corps camps on Okinawa, Marine Corps Community Services officials said.

Galloway ran the 10,000 meters for the United States in the 1972 Summer Games at Munich, West Germany.

He’ll appear from 8 to 10 a.m. Aug. 20 at Camp Hansen Theater, Aug. 21 at Camp Kinser’s Surfside and from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. Aug. 22 at the Camp Foster Performing Arts Center.
