DODEA-Europe will crown track champions in May

Rare season-ending championships in coronavirus era will be held in May thanks to ability to conduct event virtually.

DODEA-Europe crowns more cross country champs, fitness games winners

In the inaugural fitness games competition, Ramstein’s boys team, Kaiserslautern’s co-ed team and Wiesbaden’s girls team came out on top.

Competitors get one last chance to show their fitness

It might be remembered in future years as one of the strangest DODEA-Europe fall sports seasons in history.

Parsells, Bishop top much smaller field at cross country finals

Only seven teams – all from Germany – competed and those teams were further divided into small and large schools to reduce the number of runners at the starting line.

Cross country runners in Germany competed in a shortened season this fall with social-distancing rules introduced. Prep tennis finals in Europe axed by coronavirus spike in Germany

Cross country finals could still happen Saturday, with virtual competitions in cross country, cheer and European Athletic Fitness Games set next week.

Wiesbaden’s Shenk defends title, while Ramstein’s Rivera triumphs for first time

It all came down to the final putts from both players as Wiesbaden's Clayton Shenk battled Ramstein's Ben Todman for the second straight year.

Europe's top golfers to square off in fall's first championship

It might be weather more suited for ducks than golfers. But that won’t stop 28 high school golfers from competing for DODEA-Europe titles on Wednesday and Thursday.

DODEA-Europe cuts basketball and wrestling, adds volleyball and weightlifting

Volleyball, dropped in the fall along with football in an attempt to curb the spread of COVID-19, will be offered in the winter — not only for girls but for boys.
