The defending Division I DODDS-European champions took on large schools outside their region Friday and Saturday and won both contests.

Ramstein 2, Patch 1: Friday at Ramstein, the defending Division I DODDS-Europe champion won a hard-fought title-game rematch.

Maddie Spohr and Bre Donnelly scored goals off of assists from Journey Legg and Hunter Pace for the Royals. Caroline Rivera scored for Patch.

Ramstein 2, Lakenheath 0: Saturday at Ramstein, the Royals stayed undefeated on the weekend and the season.

Shannon Guffy and Legg provided the Royal goals, while Legg and Hailee Macias assisted. Keepers Addison Ptomey and Terri Leigh Obermiller made three saves each for Ramstein.

Black Forest Academy 6, Baumholder 0: Friday at Baumholder, the Falcons had no trouble with the host Bucs.

Michele Moorlag scored three goals while Audrey Martin, Jenny Ellis and Abby Eucker scored once each.

Black Forest Academy 3, Bitburg 0: Saturday at Bitburg, BFA completed a perfect weekend with a second consecutive shutout.

Moorlag had a goal and an assist and Ellis and Lois Schotanus each scored a goal for the Falcons. Goalkeepers Christie Moyle of BFA and Isabella Madamba of Bitburg made 11 saves apiece.

Patch 1, Heidelberg 0: Saturday at Patch, Rivera scored for the second consecutive day to make the difference in a tough Division I defensive struggle.

Kelsey Ortwein notched the assist as Patch recovered a day after its first loss of the season.

Goalkeeper Erin Ott made 12 saves for Heidelberg, while Patch counterpart Goldie Bougher notched eight.

Vicenza 4, Marymount 0: Friday at Marymount, the Cougars scored all four of their goals in the game’s first 12 minutes and coasted to the win.

Alex Frank accounted for three of the Vicenza goals; Tatiana Miranda chipped in the fourth.

Marymount 1, Sigonella 1: Saturday at Marymount, MMI’s Halla Mathesen scored a second-half goal to force a Region IV tie.

Symone Jones scored a first-half goal to put the Jaguars ahead early.

Wiesbaden 3, Lakenheath 1: Friday at Wiesbaden, Janice Techner scored twice as the Warriors handled a visiting Division I foe.

Meghan Smith added a goal and Caroline Orndorff assisted for the Warriors.

Wiesbaden 4, Kaiserslautern 0: Saturday at Kaiserslautern, the visiting Warriors put the Red Raiders’ fresh new field to good use with a convincing shutout victory.

The Warriors scored two goals in each half of a thorough victory. Smith, Techner, Alexis Esselman, and Francesca Lee found the net for the Warriors.

SHAPE 1, AFNORTH 0: Saturday at SHAPE, Begona Rodrigues Bravo scored off a Gabi Suarez assist to nudge the host Spartans ahead of their Division II rival.

Hayle Stoner made six saves for AFNORTH, while Meghan Fleet collected three for SHAPE.
