Mason, return to help the Admirals pad their seven-game winning streak.They’re in shape, too, according to head coach James Crowell, who replied “team conditioning,” when asked the strength of his 2012 squad.“The team worked very hard over the summer with team workouts under our strength and conditioning coach, Rob Roberts,” Crowell emailed.Crowell didn’t need to mention experience, more than to cite the 10 seniors. Two of them, Cody Holland and Ramon Quijano, are in their fourth seasons with the Admirals, and three of them, Chester DeCastro, Nick DeTorre and Colton Lippman, are third-year Admirals.Rota faces its toughest tests against visiting Baumholder on Sept. 29 and at Bamberg on Oct. 13.
