VICENZA, Italy – The newly-ferocious Vicenza Cougars claimed a fresh victim Saturday, taking down Schweinfurt/Bamberg in a 64-28 homecoming victory. Vicenza sprinted out to a 42-6 halftime lead behind three touchdowns from Ethan Fullmer and two apiece from Jerome Farmer and Derek Grice. Quarterback Mario Lolina completed four passes for 102 yards and rushed for a touchdown, amassing 184 all-purpose yards on the day. Malcolm Harris, Bryce Fisher and Marshall Perfetti tied for the Vicenza lead with 10 tackles each. Vicenza, now 3-0 and an upstart contender in the Division II south region, travels to Hohenfels next Saturday. The winless Razorbacks, a combined team comprised of players from neighboring Bavarian high schools that are each slated to close at school year’s end, round out their final regular season at home against Aviano on the same day.
