The Patch Panthers didn't lose any momentum in their final regular-season softball doubleheader Saturday, blasting host Wiesbaden by scores of 16-0 and 20-6.

The wins came a week after Patch stunned defending Division I champion Ramstein 8-3 and 16-0, and secured an undefeated regular season and a likely top tournament seed for the Panthers.

Colleen Fenton turned in an all but flawless pitching effort in the opener. She struck out all 10 Warriors she faced over three innings; one reached first on a dropped third strike to break up the perfect game.

The Panthers plated 36 runs in the doubleheader, their high total for the season. Amber Marvin launched a two-run home run in the opener and Breanna Rodriguez did the same in the late game to punctuate the onslaught.

Vilseck 11/25, Hohenfels 1/0: Saturday at Vilseck, the Division I Falcons teed off on the Division II Tigers.

Vicenza 22/10, Aviano 12/5: Friday at Vicenza, pitchers Tara Clinton and Megan Buffington led the defending Division II champion Cougars to a pair of victories.

Clinton struck out four and yielded six hits across five innings in the opening win, while Buffington struck out 11 and allowed two hits in a complete-game win in the late game.

Vicenza's Cynthia Goodwin starred offensively in the first game, going 4-for-5 with a double, a triple, five RBIs and four runs. Marika Witt added two hits, four RBIs and four runs.

AFNORTH 16/22, SHAPE 1/2: Saturday at Brunssum, Netherlands, the host Lions crushed the Spartans.
