MANNHEIM, Germany – Dylan Measells scored 16 points, and Shaq Hunter added 15 Saturday as the Patch Panthers claimed a 53-52 victory over Kaiserslatuern in the European Division I boys’ third-place game.The game was tight all the way, but Patch pulled away from a 25-25 halftime tie with a 16-12 run in the third quarter that proved decisive.Three K-town players reached double figures. Andy Stern and Bernard Burwell scored 12 each, and Thomas Russ added 11.
