A prolific Patch Panther lineup proved far too msuch for the Vilseck Falcons on Saturday at Stuttgart. The Panthers cruised to 11-1 and 18-6 wins to easily sweep the Division I doubleheader.

Breanna Rodriguez went 3-for-3 with a home run and three RBIs and Cosette Puckett added a double and an RBI in the day's opener.

Shannon Nam hit safely in all four of her at-bats in the late game, piling up four RBI in the process, and Paige Miller went 3-for-5 with a double and two RBI.

The Panthers remained unbeaten entering next weekend's home doubleheader against Ansbach.

Kaiserslautern 15-14, Alconbury 0-1: Friday at Alconbury, the Raiders warmed up for their Saturday showdown with Lakenheath with a pair of routs of the Dragons.

The wins completed an overwhelming four-game season-opening stretch against Division II teams. Coupled with a March 29 sweep of Baumholder, the Raiders scored a combined 73 runs while allowing just three.

Wiesbaden 22-21, Bitburg 11-12: Saturday at Bitburg, the Warriors outgunned the Barons in a pair of high-scoring showdowns.

The doubleheader was a makeup of a weather-delayed set originally scheduled for the season's opening weekend on March 22. Wiesbaden stayed undefeated, while Bitburg remained winless.

Hohenfels 27-26, Baumholder 3-0: Friday at Hohenfels, the Tigers blasted the Bucs in consecutive routs.

Latisha Williams and Elexianna Artiaga earned a pitching win each for the home team.

Mikaela Strange led a long list of offensive standouts with a combined line of five hits, six runs scored, and five RBI. Teammate Kirsten Atkinson scored eight runs across the two games.
