KAISERSLAUTERN, Germany — Anyone wishing to umpire DODDS Europe baseball and softball games this spring must attend a clinic at 9 a.m. March 19 at Pulaski Barracks in Kaiserslautern, chief umpire Tomas Villegas Jr. announced this week.The clinic will be on the second floor of the DTS Building, Building 2874C, according to Villegas.
