HOHENFELS, Germany – James Robinson scored on a 15-yard run 5 minutes, 47 seconds before halftime Saturday, and the Hohenfels Tigers held on for a 7-0 victory over the winless Vicenza Cougars.The victory nailed down the Division II-South No. 4 seed for the Tigers in this week’s European Division II quarterfinals. Hohenfels (2-3) will travel to Bitburg on Saturday to play the two-time defending European D-II champion Barons.According to Ed Lynch of Hohenfels, Robinson contributed a pass interception, five solo tackles and three assists to the Tigers’ shutout-pitching defense. Derek Walker and Jean Aquino, who led his team with 74 rushing yards, each was in on 10 stops for Hohenfels. Kyle Zeltner was credited with three unassisted and five assisted tackles for the playoff-bound Tigers.Vicenza’s Anthony Pleasant led all rushers with 75 yards. Defensively, Vicenza (0-5) got six solos and 11 assists from Malcolm Dorsey in the Cougars’ final game of the 2011 season.
