BRUNSSUM, Netherlands -- The Ansbach Cougars are the last remaining unbeaten team in DODEA-Europe’s Division III football league after Saturday’s 75-46 defeat of the AFNORTH Lions.

Ansbach’s Ogden Andrew turned in the finest performance to date of the six-man football division’s debut season with an epic eight-touchdown afternoon. Andrew scored four touchdowns as part of a 226-yard rushing effort, scored three more touchdowns on kickoff returns and added another on an interception return.

That eclipsed a prolific offensive showing by AFNORTH, which came into the game atop the divisional standings with a 2-0 record. Keoni Gallman rushed 14 times for 218 yards and four touchdowns, while Cole Birdsell added 118 yards and two touchdowns for the Lions.

Both teams are in action on home turf on the other side of DODEA-Europe’s bye weekend. Ansbach puts its 2-0 record on the line against Brussels, while AFNORTH hosts Baumholder.
