Xavier Sheppard ran for 136 yards on nine carries and scored two touchdowns Saturday as Ansbach downed Sigonella 46-0 in a Division III-South conference game at Sigonella, Italy.
Shane Williams rushed eight times for 78 yards, and quarterback John Willis three times for 76 yards for Ansbach in a game that saw the scoring end in the third quarter because of the 40-point courtesy rule.
Willis, who gained 46 of his rushing yards on a quarterback keeper for a touchdown, was 5-for-6 passing.
Ansbach is 2-0 and Sigonella 0-2 in III-South.

Bamberg 36, Giessen 6: At Giessen, Dylan Baker threw two touchdown passes to Josh Frank and a third to Marvin Gholston as the Barons improved to 2-0 overall and in III-South.
Gholston hauled in four passes for 102 yards, and Adam Worrell ran for 148 yards and two touchdowns for Bamberg. Baker finished 10 of 17 for 163 yards passing.
Michael Leighty scored the TD for Giessen (0-2, 0-2), which got 72 yards on 11 rushes from Casey Brown and 84 yards on nine carries from Jim Fleming.
Rota 31, London Central 6: At Rota, Spain, the Admirals recovered the opening kickoff on the Bobcats’ 5-yard-line and never looked back.
Jessie Luvert scored twice for Rota (2-0 overall and in III-North); Dee Marbury, who rushed 15 times for 75 yards, scored the TD for London Central (1-1 overall and in III-North).
AFNORTH 41, Alconbury 6: At Brunssum, Netherlands, Sascha Miller rushed for 236 yards on just nine carries and scored three TDs as the Lions rolled to 2-0 overall and in III-North.
Konner Higgins added 63 yards on 10 carries, and Brock Blankenship passed for 47 yards and a touchdown for AFNORTH. Aaron Kash led the defense with three sacks.
Anthony Poole returned an interception 87 yards for a TD for AFNORTH.
Alconbury got its TD in the first half, when Aaron Brown returned an interception 27 yards.
Brussels 33, Menwith Hill 28: At Brussels, quarterback Mike Hebing tossed two TD passes and Matt Oppenheim another as the Brigands (1-1 overall and in III-North) held off the Mustangs.
Ryan Proietto, who rushed for 96 yards and two TDs, led the Brussels defense with two interceptions while Brian Desrochers added 102 yards on the ground.
Andrew Kaihue threw for a pair of touchdowns and ran for a score for Menwith Hill (0-2, 0-2). LeShawn Adams ran for the fourth Menwith Hill TD.
