YONGSAN GARRISON, South Korea – Entries are being taken for the 20th Pacificwide Open Softball Tournament, scheduled for May 28-31 at Lombardo Field FourPlex and Field 5 on Yongsan’s South Post.

According to the tournament’s founder and organizer Bennie L. Jackson, teams have already begun to register, and the tournament is expected to welcome teams from Japan, Okinawa, South Korea, the Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Guam, Hawaii and even teams from the States.

American Legion of Okinawa is the defending men’s champion; the Lady Guzzlers, a collection of All-Service and All-Armed Forces players worldwide, will defend the women’s title.
