If nothing else, London Central and Alconbury delivered exciting boys and girls basketball games on Saturday.

David Marbury scored four of his 15 points in overtime as the Bobcats eked out a 46-45 victory over Alconbury at home.

Marbury atoned for a missed shot at the end of regulation after Alconbury had tied the score on a layup. London Central hung on as Alconbury missed seven of 11 foul shots in the extra period.

C.J. Sampson had 11 points and eight rebounds for the Bobcats.

Alconbury, which was up 30-25 going into the final period, was led by Zavier Ferguson and Ben Davis with 10 points each.

In the girls game, Katie Kelly hit a three-pointer with 6 seconds remaining to lift London Central to a 21-20 victory over Alconbury.

It was the second three-pointer of the game for Kelly, who led all scorers with eight points, all in the second half.

Oni Pegues topped the Lady Dragons with six points.
